Months after arriving in America and establishing Plymouth Plantation William Bradford wrote the King who had funded and sponsored the trip to the new world and asked for permission to start allowing folks to keep more of what they raised or worked hard to produce. Bradford pled to the King that the system he ordered was not working and some had become lazy. Bradford received permission from the King to allow the Pilgrims to keep a larger share of what they produced for their own and also allowed folks to own a home which they were now free to now make bigger and better than the neighbor by working harder and longer.

My point here is from the beginning and hundreds of times since we have found out the hard way that systems of everyone getting a fair share does not and has not worked EVER so why do Politian's today continue to promote the idea some are not getting their fair share?
