New Orleans is a town that is famous for food, fine restaurants and good times. "People go to New Orleans simply to eat," Donna Barnett, Harriton's Culinary Arts teacher, said recently "and they make reservations at a different restaurant for every meal."
Barnett just returned from five days in New Orleans working with Chef Alon Shaya at his restaurant -- Domenica. "Esquire" magazine's November issue named Shaya as one of "Four Chefs You Hope Move to Your City One Day" in an article on Best New Chefs.
